Do you take a security deposit?

What happens if I return the car late or need to cancel?

Prices and fuel
How much does it cost?
Self-drive is Rs. 800 for 12 hours (up to 100 km) and Rs. 1200 for 24 hours (up to 250 km). A driver is on average Rs. 1200 to Rs. 1500 a day on top, and fuel is yours. The pricing page has a calculator for your trip.
How much is a self-drive car per day?
Self-drive is Rs. 800 for up to 12 hours and 100 km, and Rs. 1200 for 24 hours and up to 250 km. For 500 km it is Rs. 1800 and for 700 km it is Rs. 2200. Fuel is yours. Bring your original driving licence and Aadhaar card when you collect it.
Do longer bookings cost less per day?
Yes. One day is Rs. 1200 for up to 250 km, and the price per day comes down evenly the longer you keep the car, to Rs. 1000 a day from 15 days, so 30 days is Rs. 30000. For more than 30 days, see car rental for visitors.
How much is the monthly rental?
From Rs. 30000 a month, for a month or longer, which is Rs. 1000 a day. It's popular with families visiting Jagtial from abroad or from other cities. Tell us your dates and we'll confirm your exact rate. See car rental for visitors.
How much does a driver cost per day?
A driver is on average Rs. 1200 to Rs. 1500 a day, depending on how long the trip is. It is added to the car price, and the driver's food is yours. For example, a one-day trip of up to 250 km is Rs. 1200 for the car plus about Rs. 1200 to Rs. 1500 for the driver, and you pay for your own fuel.
Is fuel included?
No. We don't supply fuel, so you fill the tank yourself. As a guide, a Baleno does about 19 km to the litre at about Rs. 110 a litre of petrol, which is roughly Rs. 6 for every km. Tolls and parking are yours too, and so is the driver's food if you take a driver.
What's the cheapest way to rent?
Self-drive for 12 hours at Rs. 800 is our lowest starting price. If you keep the car for 15 days or more, the rate comes down to Rs. 1000 a day, which is what the monthly rental from Rs. 30000 works out at.
Are the prices the same from Korutla or Metpally?
The prices on this site are for trips starting in Jagtial. We do cover Korutla, Metpally, Dharmapuri and other places nearby, so tell us where you are and we'll give you the price from your town.
How much does a trip to Hyderabad airport cost?
The airport and back is about 470 km, so a Baleno is Rs. 1800 for 24 hours (up to 500 km). A driver is extra, on average Rs. 1200 to Rs. 1500 a day, so car and driver come to about Rs. 3000 to Rs. 3300. Fuel is yours, about Rs. 2700 for this trip, and so are tolls. Do you rent cars for weddings?

Can I take the car outstation?
Yes. Both self-drive and with-driver work for trips outside Jagtial. Mention your route when you book.

Which cars do you have?

Is the Baleno a manual or an automatic?
A manual. Please make sure that suits you before you book.
Which car is best for a family of six or seven?
The KIA Carens has seven seats. The Balenos and the Tiago have five. Ask us for the Carens price and we will quote it for your dates and route.
