Terms and conditions

These terms cover any car rented from Easy Ride Car Rentals, Jagtial. Renting a car from us means you're agreeing to them.

Booking

Bookings are made by phone or WhatsApp. There's no online payment or booking form. We confirm the car, the dates and the price with you directly when you get in touch.

Self-drive rentals

• You'll need a valid driving licence and a government photo ID at pickup.
• You're responsible for the car while it's with you, including any traffic fines during that period.
• We don't ask for a security deposit.

Rentals with a driver

• The car stays with our driver for the whole trip.
• The route, how long you need the car, and the price are all agreed before you set off.

Cancelling

If your plans change, tell us as early as you can. We'll go over cancellation terms with you at the time of booking, since they vary depending on the type and length of the rental.

Condition of the car

Cars are handed over clean and in good working order. If there's any existing damage, we'll point it out to you before you take it.
